Origins Bug (Maybe a Crash)

I was playing Origins with a friend and problems came again. It wasn't my bug, but it was my friend's. What happens is that when we play Origins everything goes well, but somehow at any moment the game freezes for a moment and then quits. He says it stays open but he can't open it. If someone has a solution pls tell me.
