able to play for a few minutes, then crashes

I've been able to launch the game successfully, then a few minutes into a match my game just crashes. I've attached the window that pops up on my desktop before finally closing.

Did you unlock an extra class? If yes, don't do it, it breaks your stats. Type resetstats into console.

I just typed resetstats into console, joined a game and it immediately crashed.
