Can't open my server

Hi, I want to create my own T5 Zombies server to play with my friends, I have followed all the steps that appears in the Plutonium documentation, opened the ports, the server from the cmd starts but inside the game I can't find it.
Can anyone tell me why?

Your screenshot shows that you have stopped your server by selecting a letter in the console.

In that screenshot it may be stopped, but even if it is running I don't see the server inside the game. I leave screenshots of the files.

If your router does not support NAT-Loopback that is normal.
Ask your friends if they can see it.
