Black Screen when opening the game (FIXED)

when i launch the game it launches full screen into a black screen for a few seconds, then kicks me out onto windows desktop but stays open, seems like its just hard crashing because its using no resources on task manager, any ideas?

Edit: Tried installing black ops2, does the exact same thing but can hear audio and is using resources so i dont think its crashed idk

Edit 2: i randomly spammed alt enter and it worked for black ops 2, thats working fine, but black ops 1 is still not working

Edit 3: i disabled my second monitor in nvidia control panel and black ops 1 launched first time with no issues all fixed now ill leave this here in case anybody has the same issue

Thanks, man! I was about to give up on the game, but disabling the second monitor did the trick for me.
