Recommended max 2 players T5 Zombies

When i try to play T5 zombies with 2 friends, only i can play 2 players, i cant play 3 o 4 players because the screen says "Recommended max 2 players"

What exactly happens when more people try to join? Does one of the already connected people get kicked? Because if so, that usually indicates that they share the same IP, and that all except one would need to use a VPN.
