Hey I was wondering that only host needs a scrip only mod my other friends don't need to download right?

Depends if it's a scripts or mods/assets
Scripts are only loaded server side so only the host needs to have them loaded
Mods and assets (textures, images, imported stuff) need to be installed on both machines unless you host a dedicated server with FastDL which can automate that process
