[HELP] Can't relaunch waw

Yeah the title sums it up, waw loads up fine, but if it crashes or i quit i cannot play again until i restart my pc.
Plutonium launcher loads up fine, but when I click start the console comes up and then just disappears and nothing happens. (Again works fine the first time i launch)
Any fix for this? -
If it happens also when you alt tab
Then you need to after you launch the game alt tab then click on the game then click on the black screen that shows until the game appears do this until it works
If this doesn't work idk man you might to fix your game files
