Plutonium launcher/website doesn't work on wifi, but works on mobile data

Hey all, run into a weird problem recently where the plutonium website and the launcher itself doesn't load at all on my wifi, but works flawlessly on mobile data (im using my data just to make this post).
The .exe will attempt a launch, fail, ask me to launch LAN, and then fail to retrieve my 'saved login credentials'.
On browser, I'm stuck in loading-hell before my browser gives up and says the website can't be reached.
What I've tried:

Changing DNS (to Google and Cloudflare)

Fresh install(s)

Allowing anything related to pluto through my firewall.

Disabling anti-virus software (all of them)

Trying to access the site on all the browsers on my PC.
yes, i've also tried turning my PC/router on-and-off
Naturally, the ping is super high on mobile data so that's not an option.
I've also noticed that other people have encountered this issue without remedy.
Really miss playing and am desperately searching for solutions. Any help will be appreciated to no end. Thanks for reading through all this!
