Discord ban
-
Ive been banned from the plutonium discord for moths now even tho i never distributed any files and no evidence had been presented. Ive always been respectful and helpful to new players can i please just get unbanned already. a mod said that i distributed files bcs i said check your dms when a guy was asking for the game but i just told him to stop asking for the game in the general discord since i know your'e not supposed to do that. so now im banned for no reason.

What made you unable to tell him on the server?
Lying is not really a good way to get unbanned -
Nothing made me ? i just tought it was appropriate at the time. Im still waiting to see evidence that i sent files.

+1 to Ben. It looks like they've been around for almost 4 years and have grown a decent following. If the staff are going solely off speculation and not legitimate proof, then I FEEL like you should be unbanned. Especially since GhostRider0125 got unbanned (or at least still hasn't been banned from the forums yet); even though they admitted to distributing a cracked copy of one of the COD games (I can't send the link because I don't have at least 1 reputation yet. Just search for "GhostRider0125" and/or "sorry for sending someone cracked COD" in the General Discussion category.) All they had to say was "woops... XD". Keep in mind that Plutonium's Discord Rules detail "Breach of the above rules will result in action being taken against your account."
As for Ben, I've noticed a lot of players getting banned because of mods' opinions and not facts. The Plutonium Forum Rules even permit this (Rule #6 of Forum Rules), so I don't think it's going to change. The best thing to do, unfortunately, is to walk on eggshells and hope you don't accidentally say the wrong thing ONCE.
Also, I'm not slandering the staff team. What I'm saying is meant to be constructive and can be proven. I just don't agree with some of the things I've seen from them. I hope that one day there will be an improvement and a REQUIREMENT of PROOF in order for players/users to get banned. Hard proof is required for cheaters, so I'm unsure why it's not required for pirating. A mod could just ban you for it without providing valid receipts and nobody would know. You can say the previous sentence is false, but this case shows it in action. lol
