Is it possible that someone steals my T6 server mods?

Hello guys, is it possible that a client which is joining my server is able to copy all the mods my server is running for his own server? I am a bit confused, because a different server is running a mod I created but never released.

Scripts no, anything that downloads to the client like a mod yes, especially if it doesn't rely on scripts that aren't provided in the FastDL
