Is it possible for an xbox series S user to join a game I create via LAN if we are on the same wifi network? For BO2 zombies in particular.

My girlfriend and I have started playing Black Ops II Zombies on her Xbox Series S using split screen. I installed Plutonium on my PC as I can't stand the split-screen game play (and I prefer keyboard and mouse). Is there a way for her to join a game on her Xbox with me on my PC (plutonium) as we are both on the same network? Sorry if this is a dumb question.
