Question about scripting

So i was wondering if someone could either link me to a script like this or point me in the direction in writing it.
im looking for something like this:
i saw this on a video from Blasteress (World Record Die rise Round 201)
if theres something like this released and someone could maybe could link it to me i would appreciate it, if not i do have some programming knowledge (nothing related to cod) and if someone could point me somewhere to get started on writing this i wouldnt mind either.
