Ban appeal

I was banned from the launcher and I don't understand why. I have 2 computers and when I installed plutonium on the second computer and tried to log in I was permanently banned by IP. Is it possible that it's because both are pirated copies? If so, sorry for the offense and I won't do it again. My username is SpiritArg.
