Just trying to play with my friends; they can't join my private lobby.

I have my ports forwarded (3074 UDP), my lobby is invite only, firewalls are configured for all of us. We tried it on LAN and it still doesn't work.

Upon accepting the invite, the other guy gets either "no available sessions were found" or "unable to connect to activision game servers".

My idea about this issue might have to do with the game version...? It has been working recently (2024 spring/summer) and has only stopped working about a week ago when r4060 was released (I presume). It must be recent, since it's not even included in the list of versions in the docs.

So um...... if you're having the same issue please respond or something, I wanna know if I'm alone with this or not.

That's super weird. I had that issue for a while but I didn't have my ports forwarded whatsoever, thinking I didn't need to. (for the record they say its not strictly necessary for bo1 and it was working before). Eventually bit the bullet and figured out port forwarding, and it fixed the problem. Don't know why it would be a problem here though since you say yours are forwarded.

rabidavocado a lot of people say they port forwarded but they either don't know what it really is or do it wrong
