NO SOUND GAME

Hello! I've been having this problem ever since I installed the game for the first time and i've tried everything. The game has no sound at all, but when it comes to the intro of the game, it has sound, but then when you fully enter the menu of the game it doesnt have any sound at all, not even joining a match, nothing just empty, completely silent. I've tried installing Direct x but the installation gives me error and i also tried everything to install it but nothing works neither and im frustrated and desperate. The same for the game, nothing works and I cant even change the sound device because the option looks like its not available. I can change every single setting of the game but not the sound device and i dont know what to do anymore TT
