I have my file path for plutonium as the steam copy, however the dlcs I don't. Is there a way to install a mod menu even using the bo2 copy from steam as my game path?

Game files don't change anything because scripts are installed in Plutonium, not the game itself
Search for "mod menu" on the forum and read our modding doc
