All achievements and everything that was unlocked and perks are gone.

When entering one of the sessions, the game was completely closed without the laptop abruptly shutting down. I log into the game at about 22:40 and find that everything that was earned in 2 days has disappeared. Namely: ranks, level, all modules and perks. I tried rebooting and restarting, same result.
But at the same time, past stories remained in the archive of game recordings. -
Everything is the same. Nothing has changed.
