the words wont come up and i cant do anything like it just a the screen with no words and it hard to do anything with guessing what the blank button do

WolflexZ yes and when i press play on bo2 plutonium.exe it comes up with a blank console. The game directory is also right

Try repairing your game and fix plutonium.
