bots in Black Ops 1?

yknow how in mw3 you can type /bot 9 and add 9 bots but they're fucking retarded and spin around?
Black Ops 1 had combat training which is basically offline multiplayer up until Max lvl (can't prestige).
Just wondering if we can do the same thing, private matches with bots where we can levle up and prestige and play like normal?
