Cant start BO2 even after following the tutorial

I installed it via piry and launched plutonium after and i got this message:
i tried installing this stuff:
but it didnt help
I tried putting the game on the C drive
I tried deleting the whole plutonium folder in AppData\Local
I tried launching it through the "plutonium-launcher-win32.exe"
I tried disabeling my antivirus
I tried redownloading it
I tried running it as an administratorwhat would be my next step or what would you recommend i should do?

stoneeater666 _GLG_ do you have msi afterburner or any other program that has an overlay? Try disabling those.

It worked thanks i realy forgott about msi afterburner/rivatuner
