T6 client crashing on startup after setup

Hi there!
To start, I have successfully installed and setup the Plutonium client and T6 in the past numerous times, and so, unless there is something strange going on, my friend's install that I helped him setup should be working.
Unfortunately, the error message did not state any potential troubleshooting steps and told us to go straight here.
I have files to share to help with this issue, however I am unable to upload them, and I appear to be unable to share links at this time. Hopefully we can find a way to get these files to staff so that the issue can hopefully be fixed.
