Cant alt tab in bo1 zombies

Everytime i alt tab to my 2nd monitor, bo1 minimizes itself and when you go back into it, it goes black and takes like 15 seconds to return. Also when i play in a private match with friends everytime i alt tab the game lags for everyone, and sometimes it freezes and lose connection. And in just the lobby if i alt tab it closes the lobby

Don't play in fullscreen mode, use borderless windowed instead.

Xerxes block ops 1 windowed mode doesnt really work properly, it makes the window not take up the full screen and is cut off at the bottom for me

pawconnoisseur if configured properly it does just fine
Try running r_fullscreen 0;r_noborder 1;vid_ypos 0;vid_xpos 0;vid_restart in the console

If this doesn't work these are instructions for WAW but adapting the paths you should be able to edit the cfg to set these settings

Make sure your game is closed before doing that.
Go to %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\players
Open the config file with the notepad to edit it.
plutonium.cfg is for singleplayer/zombies and plutonium_mp.cfg is for multiplayer
Change these 4 dvars to be like below (you can use ctrl+f to search for them)

seta r_fullscreen "0"
seta r_noborder "1"
seta vid_xpos "0"
seta vid_ypos "0"
