Does this unlock all challenge camos as well? Or just the diamond camo?

ElectricBullet Challenge camos are required to unlock diamond. So yes, it does.

Cahz I have tried this multiple times and the other mp files come back and there are no diamonds camos

Correct ever since yesterdays update.
We just need unlockall to unlock everything in FULL

Cahz whenever i put it in, and extract it, it does not load when i restart my game, any idea as to why?

Fry i guess is not working for me because after using the unlockall i changed to the hidden prestige 15 from BO1....
(got the "error loading, returning profileto last saved backup")

still not working, i was Prestige master with the unlockall command, restarted the game withe file in place and same error so idk. at least something happens with me, having everything working is boring sometimes hauah
