Can't get headset audio

Hey all,
I have an Arctis7 headset. In the output settings for my computer, there are two options: Actis7 game, and Arctis7 chat. Arctis7 chat is the audio option you use to hear game and chat audio, Arctis7 game doesn't seem to play anything through my headset. However, in the in-game audio settings for Black Ops 2 zombies, Arctis7 chat isn't listed, only Arctis 7 game and my monitor. Anybody know how to get my headset to actually output audio? Thanks!
