whenever i try to run bo2 i always get a pop up saying "plutonium snow roller unitiallized"
You're probably launching it from the launcher in %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin. Don't do that, always use the plutonium.exe launcher. That way, it can download new client files if there's an update.
