Steam License Couldn't load materials

On September 18th I bought WaW on Steam and despite the fact that it is a license, the console gives errors (screenshot attached). To dispel doubts, the license was confirmed in my profile. Could it be that "materials not loaded" because Plutonium was created, let's say, for the NA version of the game, and my European one is not fully compatible. Or do such errors appear on all versions? -
Not all errors are fatal. As long as the game works you can ignore them.

The console is for developers, when messing with anything related to modding you should know that errors can be very common and don't always mean there's an actual issue
