Error when launching B02

When i press play on bo2 multiplayer in the launcher i get one of two problems, either the launcher just closes or i get an error saying that bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe has stopped working and then it closes the launcher.

HannesC I have been having the same problem, i installed the redists and the dxsetup, it still gives me the errors.
