Why can't I play black ops 2 in full screen?

When I start the game T6 (Black ops 2) it only opens a black screen and then the game minimizes but the game sound sounds perfectly, I used the commands r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart and it opens the game but small, and when I change the configuration to fullscreen the same thing happens, the game does not open in full screen.
