MY GAME DOESNT STAR HELP!

I HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND I DONT KNOW HOW FIX I NEED HELP PLEASE!
I TRY DOING ALL THE INTRUCTIONS BUT I CANT.

Start it once through Steam and it should be fixed.

You might have to reinstall the file online and put it in your BO2 files, im not sure of any safe sites to do so, but i had to do a similar thing for a different game in the past
