How to fix stuck and error

hello there i want play black ops 2 for first time but i have problem about stuck on loading screen. i want play zombies mode but when I select green run mode and others I experience a long loading time and then an error with the warning
"ERROR
You have been disconnected from black ops server"
and i wanna play offline but I don't know how to play offline mode
