Zombies maps won't load

Every time I try and play any zombies map, it plays the cutscene, and when it ends, I get stuck on a black screen until it kicks me out for being inactive. Is there a fix for this?

puddleofnut is it all maps or DLC maps? i've seen this happen for people who try to join DLC maps but don't actually own the maps.

I have almost the same issue. Get to the map loading screen and then it just sits there forever. Audio still seemingly plays fine. But the map never loads.
This is on Black Ops 2. Does it with the default map and DLC maps.
