How can I access Theater mode in bo2? Is it possible?

I'm using the bo2 fitgirl repack on with plutonium and whenever I try to use theater mode, nothing loads. Is there a way to access it? I know it doesn't work on public matches, but it doesn't show anything for my private matches either.
