BO2 - Loss of progress in Multiplayer

I don't know why this is happening. There's over a month that my progress in Multiplayer sometimes just doesn't save for no reason. Today, I got level 49, and when I logged back on a few minutes ago, I was level 46. Sometimes it saves in a normal way, sometimes I need to change things in "Options" and type "uploadStats" in console, but sometimes nothing fixes it and there's no way I can save at all. It is really frustrating because I don't like the Unlock All thing, I like to get camos and everything by my own hands, and it reminds me of the good old days, but this keeps happening and happening again. I've already tried every tip and solution about this problem mentioned in this forum, but none of them seems to work. Things I've tried:
1 - Type "uploadStats" in console.
2 - Change options configs.
3 - Reinstall Plutonium
4 - Verify Steam files
5 - Run the launcher as administratorNothing solves it, and I don't really know what else I can do, does anyone have a solution or should I just accept it as it is and leave it alone?
