Does the Bo2 Ricktofen solo easter eggs mod not work anymore?

I have installed the solo easter egg mods both for Maxus and Ricktofen and the Maxus ones work fine while the Ricktofen ones do not work, mainly for Tranzit. The mod makes you emp 2 of the lights and i have done it multiple times and it has not worked. I was wondering if anyone may know the problem or if they just dont work anymore.
