Crashes when joining servers

I am able to start up the launcher and load bo2 servers, but as soon as I connect and pick a class the screen goes black and I come back to desktop. Any help or advice?

i have had the exact same problem since i started using the launcher

Sounds like you unlocked an extra class slot? If so, your stats got corrupted, type resetstats into the console.
