Black ops 2, Server is not available at this time, connection issue

first i got logged out, which i did login again, then the games wouldnt launch, retsarted and updated windows (minor updates), game launches but when i click on online, it keeps on 'connecting' then it gives the message that no servers are available, help i checked firewall that plutonium.updater.exe is allowed in both public and private
