Need help finding the "dvar_defaults.cfg"

Hi everyone,
Me and my friend are completely new to Plutonium, and we're trying to do a Private match on T5 zombies. Every time I create one, the console prints errors relating to the dvar_defaults.cfg file. It seems that it requires it to have a private match, but its not in my files. Does anyone know where I could find it, and where it's supposed to be located?
