I'm on WIN10 PRO already turned off Discord overlay, and MSI Afterbunner overlay, and RivaTuner overlay. Also reinstalled the game, and didn't fix. I don't now what to do, can anybody help me ?????

You could try uninstalling msi afterburner/rivatuner and try again.
