BO1 Mobile Comic Book Perk and Powerup shaders

Replaces standard perk shaders and powerup shaders with stylized comic book shaders inspired by the mobile port of BO1 Zombies
Install:
Go to your plutonium directory (C:/User/Appdata/Local/Plutonium) and go to storage > t5 > images and extract the contents of bo1comicshaders.zip into the images folder. If the folder does not exist, create a new folder named "images".Original shaders by Ronan_M:
