Plutonium in the Microsoft Store version of BO2

I just bought the Microsoft Store version of Black Ops 2, however the multiplayer has like 3 players online currently and obviously can't find any games, so I wanted to install plutonium, but when I install it I get an error stating that it hasn't found the game data, I know the files are different from the steam version, but is there a way to make it work with the Microsoft Store version?
