Go to %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\raw\ui\t6
Choose "mainlobby.lua"
Press CTRL + F to enable the search, and paste this: CoD.MainLobby.PopulateButtons_Multiplayer
Then you should be able to change the stuff inside the parenthesis. I recommend if you're not already, to use Notepad++.
If also trying to change the title try use the find engine again and use "MENU_MULTIPLAYER_CAPS"

@G0LD3N- Thank you , for your effort, I did what you said and when I run the game there is no change

Maybe it changed for Zombies? Because there's two categories for these specific options. I think it was called MultiplayerPopulateButtons and ZombiePopulateButtons or something, but I know that you should see the choices like "Options, Theater, etc" twice instead of once.
Also if you're doing this for BO2 Steam (no plutonium), I don't know how to modify the main menu
