Error launching game

The following error occurs when I try to launch the game, both in Zombies and MP (the exception adress given here is for Zombies):
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x0071F125
I also noticed my screen resolution changes automatically, which could be the cause of the error.
Does someone know how to fix it please? -
That happend to me today i think the servers are down

Gabovarrr They could be down but it's now almost 3 days that BO (and BO only) doesn't work, so maybe the problem comes from an update they added to this specific game

So apparently the problem comes from the missing file en_plutonium_ui.ff. Do you know were could I find it please?
