Black ops 2 language change

When i bought BO2 back in 2012 i got it through some alternative keyshop with what im guessing was a polish language locked client, i did however back in the days have the ability to change to english i just don't remember how i did that. So now the game launches in polish, So wanted to see if anyone here has any knowledge on how to change the language. Steam properties - general does not work.

I have tried to find an English language pack/file or something similar but doesn't seem to be any available.

i do remember that the localization files can actually change the language of the game, if you have the files for english or any other language (that includes spanish, german, italian, portuguese, mexicanspanish (yes that's an actual localization of black ops 2 that not much people know of), russian, french, japanese (subbed), and fulljap (dubbed japanese), you can go to localization and edit the language it is in to the preferred language, by then you should be able to play in that language
