      King_Falconn Which version of windows are you running? Does the plutonium.exe have a little black plutonium icon?

        Pluto will run on x64 only. Also check the filesize of plutonium.exe, is it 0 KB by any chance?

            monoman18 Make sure that your AV isn't blocking the file, then re-download it.
