Supposedly wrong directory

I downloaded t4 directly from plutonium!on waybackmachine. i definitely have the right folder selected, t5 and t6 are in the same directory and work perfectly. but i could'nt find the "DDRAW.dll" file that its giving me an error about. i've re-downloaded t4 from another archive and get the exact same error. This seems to be a common issue for waw specifically, does anyone have a fix for it?
