Question about dedicated LAN server

I have a dedicated LAN server, it works, I can connect with the /connect command and the IP address, everything works fine for me on my network and other players on my network as well. However I have one question:
Is is possible to get the LAN server to show in the server browser, or get the old favorites list to appear, so I can just connect via gui instead of having to open the console each time? I only plan LAN, and with some friends on the same LAN, and in mw2/cod4x we can add our local LAN servers to our favorites list or view them in the server browser. I can't seem to figure this out in WaW/T4.

I found a good work around is to use the steam overlay to make a steam note, and have it like:
Team Deathmatch - connect 192.XX.XX.XX:XX
you can just copy out the connect and paste into the console and hit enter. bonus of this method is it also works in a game!
