Download of the Steam Version dont work

I have downloaded the game from Steam many times in the past, but now it no longer works. I selected English and then downloaded it. But in my game file I have no file like iw5mp.exe

You don't need exe files
Not really sure what you mean but check the size of the folder. Try repairing
