Verify not working?

Bought and downloaded bo2 off of steam and gone through process untill verify where I have to sync and it keeps saying make steam public and I have but still will not work no matter what please help!

@zaneslive you can also do it from the forums... i find it usually works better from there: https://forum.plutonium.pw/me/edit
and click on associate with steam
