Mod development advice for beginners

I have no coding skills or experience, but i want to seriously get started with mod development for black ops 2. l've seen mod developers such as sehteria, 5and5 and Jbleezy. All whom i liked their work and want to create something like them. Since we're in 2025 and we have AI that can help along the way how hard would it be? and are there any apps you recommend me for writing/creating?
