Yeah you have an incomplete/corrupted basegame and likely missing the dlcs. Run piry in your bo2 folder.

You should be able to follow part of the install tutorial, found here. You will want to take piry from that tutorial, put it into your game folder, and run it. It should automatically repair your install.
